[Abstract]We establish a voting model under globalization background, addressing that the decision of voters is more and more influenced by their preference concerning with domestic economic information related with globalization, and merely by actual welfare. To cater for this preference changing, interest groups and policy makers will produce and offer these information as investment to political market. By analyzing with dynamic game theory, this literature finds out, interest groups and policy makers influence election and maximize utility function by offering voters the most economic performance information. It can also achieve Pareto efficiency. The other voters, who can compare actual welfare levels, are hard to realize their political goal among this kind of election. So they believe that current election is not so democratic as before.
